Beth Charlesworth, M.B.A.

Beth Charlesworth has managed consulting teams in analysis of damages, preparation of expert reports and testimony, and at trial. In securities litigation, Ms. Charlesworth has overseen the analyses of market efficiency, materiality, causation and damages in many major cases including class action lawsuits against Vivendi Universal and Enron Corporation. She also has managed SCG's work in cases of lost profits, antitrust litigation, insurance economics and prospective mergers and acquisitions.

Ms. Charlesworth has testified in regulatory and legislative proceedings and at deposition, and presented analyses of causation and damages at mediations.
