Faye Fort, M.S.

Ms. Fort is a Vice President at SCG. She has consulted on all phases of complex business litigation cases, identifying and resolving critical economic issues, employing financial analysis and modeling techniques. Her experience includes matters involving a variety of financial instruments, insurance economics, assessment of damages, lost profits, antitrust and commercial disputes spanning a variety of industries. She has extensive experience in securities class actions, issues pertaining to class certification, and plans of allocation.
