Jane Nettesheim, M.B.A.

Jane Nettesheim is a financial economist and Vice President of SCG. Since 1989, Ms. Nettesheim has served as a consultant and expert in areas related to insurance economics, securities litigation and general damages. She has prepared numerous monographs and reports, and has testified in both State and Federal Courts. Subjects of her testimony in securities litigation include class damages in Section 10(b), Section 11 and Section 12 securities litigation, market efficiency, materiality and loss causation. She also has provided testimony on lost profits, individual damages and punitive damages.
